Today, we want to take a moment to honor one of our amazing team members, Julianna. She’s all we ever needed, and this is hard because - as the boys sing it - 🎶 we want her back 😭🎶 but we’re excited for her new adventures too!

Julianna’s dedication, hard work, and vision have played a vital role in shaping our organization. Her SOP’s and systems have been a great filter for what we say, ensuring excellence in all we do. She’s truly a master of efficiency and has left us so much better than where we started! 🏢💪

From day one, Julianna poured her heart and soul into taking Mina Company to new heights. Her passion and work ethic set a high standard for excellence. She’s been an inspiration to our clients and colleagues. We’re grateful for her incredible journey of growth! 🌟❤️

PSA 📣 your social media accounts aren’t a substitute for a real website 👎

“But why?!”
We know social media can be where you spend a lot of your time as a business owner, but there are some real drawbacks to not investing time and energy into creating a functional website!

1️⃣ You don’t own your social media - Meta (or TikTok, etc) does!
At any given time the app could stop working, your account could be deleted or banned, or the social media gods could decide to shut down a platform. If all your eggs are in your social media basket…then what?!

2️⃣ It’s much harder to collect QUALITY leads without an actual lead form (even if it’s just a landing page!).
You can chat with people in DMs all day long, but you have no way of mass collecting email addresses, phone numbers, or any other contact info that will actually help them to CONVERT into a real client on social media alone!

3️⃣ SEO & organic search matter!
When people go looking for a product or service, Google is typically the first place they go. If you don’t have a website (especially one that’s SEO optimized), your chances of showing up just through your social media accounts are pretty slim!

We could go on and on, but let us leave you with this: having a website matters big time!!
