Once you become a Mina Company client, you will be assigned an Account Manager who will learn the in’s and out’s of your business. That manager will work directly with our graphic design team to ensure that your branding is always consistent.
We keep our client teams small so that we become experts on your brand, never wasting time creating anything that doesn’t suit your vision.
What capabilities do you have?
Our team can develop anything from logos, brochures, postcards, digital ads, social media images, template development, signage, posters, booklets, e-books, menus, business cards, email graphics, magazines, and more.
What design programs do you use?
For logo design, we prefer Adobe programs. Outside of that, we actually ask our clients what they’d prefer!
We are happy to custom design print and web files in Canva – where you’ll have full editing capabilities in the future.
How many design changes do you allow?
All of our pricing allows for up to 2 design changes. Our Logo Design packages allow for 5-6 logo variations.
How quickly can I get our project completed?
Depending upon the size, we expect about 2-3 weeks turnaround time. We do take on rush projects, we charge a 30% rush fee.
