Unlocking Your Business different from the millions of other coaching programs out there?
In taking countless courses ourselves, we’ve found that the biggest struggle in any coaching program is that they’re designed with a one-size-fits-all approach. But you are unique! We all have different strengths, weaknesses, personality traits, passions, you name it.
The very first thing you’ll do in Unlocking Your Business is take a series of personality & leadership evaluations that will serve as the foundation for the entire rest of your coaching experience. These evaluations will help identify your personal and professional strengths, weaknesses, and tendencies that shape who you are as a business owner. We will match you with one of our marketing experts who matches your personality to help guide you on this journey to growth!
You’ll then be added into private Voxer groups based on your primary personality type so that throughout the program you can discuss ideas, ask questions, and problem solve with other business owners and your group leader who GET YOU at your core!
Who is the Unlocking Your Business program for?
UYB is right for you if…
- You’ve been in business for a few years but are struggling to get over the next threshold of business growth.
- You’re a solopreneur who is ready to start outsourcing OR you have started outsourcing but are having a hard time building/sustaining a team.
- Your business is currently making $100,000-$300,000 in gross revenue but you know it has the potential for so much more.
This might not be the right fit if…
- You haven’t started your business yet.
- Your business is less than 1 year old.
- You already have a full team (10+ people).
