What type of behind the scenes information will I receive access to?
All of it. If we use it in my agency, I will share it with you. Oftentimes I have noticed other coaches will give out a glossy version of pricing models, budgets, etc. I will always give you access to current documents we use daily AND show you how to use them yourself.
Do I need to be a medium or be interested in spirituality to be coached by Erica?
Absolutely not. I believe that all beings have an intuitive nature and as women we have a special way of tapping into that. We observe differently and it’s important to take in all the analytics as well as the feelings in the room to be the best advisors for our clients.
What type of businesses do you typically work with?
I work with women-owned businesses that are looking to expand – from start-up to businesses that are making $500,000 a year or more. I don’t work with freelancers.
