A Female-Centric Co-working Community in the Heart of Fort Collins

Back in the old days, men used to come together at “social clubs” to share trade secrets, close deals, and make connections with other men who could help them get ahead. You can picture it, can’t you? Parlours filled with cigar smoke, dim lighting, leather armchairs…it was a real vibe.

Well, we thought it was about time we take the old “boys club” and flip it on its heads.

Welcome to The Mina Collective, a soon-to-be gorgeous co-working space + business community created for the badass business bosses of Northern Colorado!

The Mina Collective is a place where the working style of modern-day women is welcome, celebrated, and supported so you can grow your business in whatever way works best for YOU with a built-in community that takes the collaborative intention of the old “social clubs” and applies it to the greater good of our communities, families, and the female entrepreneurs who are leading the charge.

The Collective

Maybe you’re looking to get out of your home office after too many years of WFH life, perhaps you’ve realized you’ve overstayed your welcome at your favorite coffee shop, or maybe you’re even wanting to downsize your too-expensive private office – whatever life circumstance has brought you here, we can’t wait to meet you!

We offer a variety of co-working membership options, from single-day conference room reservations to part-time desk rentals to full-time private offices. Explore the options and let us know how we can help your business to thrive!

The Club

The fatal flaw many female entrepreneurs tend to have is that we’re fiercely independent – to the point that we don’t realize we’re working ourselves into the ground! Having a community of women who get it & can push you outside of your comfort zone is critical to growing a business that’s actually sustainable & enjoyable.

The Collective Club is your safe space to explore, dream big, and find support in our Northern Colorado entrepreneur community! Join us for monthly events & inclusion on our ever-growing referral list.

We recognize that female business owners typically wear a lot more hats than their male counterparts and thus have different working styles that deserve to be accommodated. We need flexibility so we can still be moms, we need to build community since typically go at business alone, we need to do work in the nooks and crannies of our day wherever we can fit it in!

Collective Perks

Photo Areas

Members get up to 2 free hours of usage of our staged photo areas to capture social media content, product photography, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my kids with me to the co-working space?

While we don’t recommend bringing your kiddos on a daily basis (you need some alone time to focus, mama!), we understand that sometimes childcare falls through!

Our private conference rooms are the perfect solution to bring your little ones along on those days where it just has to happen – this way you can get your work done, your littles are safe with you, and we can keep the open-air space peaceful without the ruckus of kiddos running around!

As a full- or part-time co-working member, can I book additional conference room time?

Absolutely! All part- and full-time co-working members get 1 or 4 hours (respectively) of conference room time included in their membership, but you are welcome to book additional hours with a 20% discount from the normal conference room rate.

What is included in the Collective Club membership?

The Club was designed to provide access to a community of Northern Colorado female entrepreneurs + build connections for those who don’t need co-working space! The Club is only $50/month and includes:

  • Free tickets to monthly networking events & workshops
  • Inclusion on our ever-growing referral partner list
  • 20% discount on any conference room or photo studio rentals
What makes The Mina Collective different from other co-working spaces?

Our goal is not to have butts in seats; it’s to help women grow and thrive in their businesses. As a Mina Collective member, you get access to business resources, community connections, and mentorship opportunities to help you build a business you love!

Where is The Mina Collective located?

Full disclosure: we don’t 100% know yet! We are budgeting out a handful of incredible options (seriously, we’re having a really hard time deciding which one is our favorite!) and will be announcing our official location soon. Regardless, The Collective will be centrally-located in Fort Collins, Colorado with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and other businesses to enjoy during your workday!

Is there a contract commitment when I sign up for co-working at The Mina Collective?

Yes, but know you’ll want to stay long beyond your original contract!

All full- and part-time co-working contracts have a 6-month agreement.

🎉 Happy Birthday to the incredible Megan! 🎉

Five years ago, The Mina Company gained a team member. What we didn't know then was how much she'd help us grow into who we are today.

Megan has this rare gift: give her a problem — whether it's a tricky website build, a photography challenge, a digital ad campaign that needs a spark, or an SEO puzzle nobody else can crack — and give her a little time (and coffee ☕) and she will figure it out. Every single time.

She's helped us innovate in ways we couldn't have imagined five years ago, and she's done it all while bringing a positivity to our team that makes every day better.

We're so grateful for everything Megan brings to The Mina Company. Here's to celebrating you today, Megan — we hope you're soaking up the mountain views this weekend and taking some well-earned time to relax and recharge. 🏔️

The Mina Network: Jenna Lee Dillon of Gutsy Money 💰

If you're avoiding your books, guessing at your numbers, or not sure if you're actually making money even though revenue looks fine, Jenna Lee is who I call.

She and her team at Gutsy Money help women business owners build real financial confidence, whether that means setting up your accounting system from scratch, cleaning up books that have fallen behind, handling your monthly or quarterly bookkeeping, prepping your taxes, or even advising on a business acquisition. They meet you wherever you are financially and build from there.

What makes Jenna Lee different is she's been in it. She's founded six companies, sold one for 82x ROI after she took over the books and right-sized the business herself. She knows what it feels like to run the numbers at midnight and wonder if you're doing it right. That's exactly why she built Gutsy Money: so women business owners stop fearing their finances and start using them as a tool to grow.

If your books need attention and your gut already knows it, visit gutsymoney.co

Marketing has a jargon problem.

Somewhere along the way, agencies decided that sounding complicated was the same as sounding smart. So business owners end up nodding through meetings, signing off on strategies they were never actually given the chance to understand.

We don't work that way. If you know what SEO, a funnel, and a KPI actually mean, you can make real decisions about your own marketing. That's the point. You don't need to become a marketer, you just deserve to know what you're paying for.

Save this one for your next marketing meeting, wherever it happens to be.

Anything you've always wondered about but never wanted to ask? Drop it in the comments and we'll explain it, plainly.
