That stat might sting a little, but think about your own search habits; do YOU go to page 3 of Google when looking for a plumber? If you don’t, why would you expect your customers to? Is monthly SEO maintenance really necessary? Can't you just set it up and let it be?

Again: we wish! An SEO setup gives your website a strong foundation and a jump-start to begin rising in search results, but monthly maintenance is really the key to sustainable growth. It’s critical to keep updating your SEO as your website changes and as search trends evolve.

We get this question a lot, and the short answer is YES! Small, local businesses are the ones who need SEO the most in order to compete with big-name brands. If you set up my SEO, will I jump to the first page of Google search results instantly?

Ahh…if only! That would make our job so easy. We’ll be honest with you, SEO is a long game and seeing results takes time. We typically tell our clients to expect not to see much movement for the first 3 months after your SEO setup, and then after that to expect slow growth month over month (as long as you’re doing monthly maintenance, that is!).
