Marketing Pricing: Transparent, Month-to-Month, and Yours to Own

Every service is available à la carte, or bundle into a monthly package.

No long-term contracts. No markups. No surprises.

How Our Pricing Works

The Mina Company is a 100% female-owned marketing agency in Fort Collins, Colorado, serving clients nationwide. We publish our prices because you deserve to know what marketing costs before you get on a call.

  • À la carte or packages: Pick individual services, or bundle into a monthly package. Packages don’t include every service we offer, so see all of our services.
  • Month-to-month: No long-term contracts. Pause anytime during slow seasons.

  • Ad spend: You pay Google and Meta directly on your own accounts. Our fee covers management only, with no markup on your spend.
  • No markups: You buy themes, plugins, and tools directly, so you never pay agency markups.
  • You own everything: Your website, ad accounts, and assets belong to you 100%.
  • Who does the work: Our 9-person in-house team. No white-labeling or outsourcing.
  • Clear line items: Your proposal lists every service and price, and we don’t charge for time we don’t use.

Pricing FAQ

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. All of our services and packages are month-to-month, and you can pause anytime during slow seasons.

How are scope changes handled?

If you need more or less support, we add, remove, or swap services starting with your next billing cycle. Your proposal always lists each line item, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Is ad spend included in your pricing?

No. You pay Google and Meta directly on your own ad accounts. Our fees cover setup and management only, and we never mark up your ad spend.

Can I buy a single service instead of a package?

Yes. Every service is available à la carte. Packages are a simple way to bundle the services most clients need, but they don’t include everything we offer.

Who owns my website and accounts?

You do, 100%. Your website, ad accounts, analytics, and creative assets belong to you, and you buy themes and plugins directly so there are no markups.

Who will do the work?

Our 9-person in-house team in Fort Collins, Colorado. We don’t white-label or outsource client work.

Which package is right for me?

Growth Essentials fits small teams focused on one channel. Momentum combines SEO and ads with regular strategy calls. Aligned Growth Partnership is full-service. Book a free 30-minute discovery call and we’ll recommend the best fit.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Book a free 30-minute discovery call with Erica. We’ll talk through your goals and recommend the right mix of services, with clear pricing.

Some seasons, the smartest spend is less.

We've tested the alternative across every industry we work in. More ads, more SEO, more effort poured into the slow months. The season stayed slow anyway. Demand has its own rhythm, and no budget is big enough to argue with it.

So we don't ask our clients to keep pouring money into a season that won't pay it back. We'd rather protect your budget for the stretches where it actually moves the needle, and ease off when it doesn't. Some of our clients pause entirely when things are quiet, and we pick right back up when their busy season returns.

Your marketing should work with your calendar, not against it.

Ep. 7 is out now: Creating the Vision & Mission 🧭

In the hallway between Erica’s bedroom and her daughters’ rooms hangs Theodore Roosevelt’s “Man in the Arena” quote, rewritten for women. The credit belongs to the woman in the arena, the one who dares greatly. It’s become the quote her whole life runs on, and it’s what pushed her to take a hard look at The Mina Company’s vision, mission, and purpose for the first time in years.

In this episode, Erica breaks down the difference between the three, shares the new versions she wrote for Mina (including the line with a little bite: “even when it costs us”), and explains how she turned them into real, day-to-day decisions her team makes. She also shares a simple place to start your own: notice what you’re jealous of when you see it out in the wild.

Most agencies are built to grow the invoice. More services, more add-ons, more reasons to keep you spending. It's just how the model usually works.

We wrote our purpose around the opposite instinct: to always act in our clients' best interest, even when it costs us. That line only means something if we live it in the moments where doing right by you and making more money pull in different directions.

So that's the standard we hold every decision to. When those two things conflict, you win. Not because it's the easy call, but because it's the one we'd want made if it were our own business on the line.

It's a slower way to grow. It's also the only way to build an agency people actually trust.

We’re adding a Marketing Account Manager to the Mina team!

Our Account Managers are the bridge between our clients and our team. They know each client’s goals, keep the work on track, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

We’re looking for someone with agency experience who enjoys juggling multiple clients and building long-term relationships. You don’t need to be an expert in everything. We value curiosity and a willingness to keep learning just as much.

The role is flexible and remote-friendly, and it’s a great fit for someone who wants meaningful work that leaves room for the rest of life.

We believe a business should be measured by more than what it earns. So every year, we put our money where our mission is.

Behind every client campaign we run, we're also running strategy, content, and creative for organizations doing real good in our community, completely in-kind. This year that adds up to more than $18,000 in donated marketing work for local nonprofits.

We don't do it for recognition. We do it because the causes we believe in deserve the same caliber of work we'd give any paying client, and because a healthier community is good for all of us.
