ABOUT The Elgin Doula

The Elgin Doula is a Christian birth and postpartum support practice offering doula care, lactation consulting, and prenatal education in the Chicago area. When they partnered with The Mina Company in early 2025, they were ready to be seen by more families — but needed help getting found online, optimizing their traffic, and turning visits into inquiries.

The Challenge: With a beautiful brand and a heart-centered mission, The Elgin Doula had all the right pieces — but not enough visibility. Their Google presence was minimal, conversion tracking wasn’t yet reliable, and paid traffic wasn’t converting consistently.
